Final Plenary Meeting successfully concludes in Bucharest

Our consortium successfully held its final plenary meeting in Bucharest, Romania, bringing partners and end users together for a comprehensive review of the project’s progress and final outcomes.

The highlight was the presentation of the final version of the AVALANCHE platform, followed by dedicated training and extensive hands-on testing by LEAs, including our end-user, the Protection and Guard Service and other local law enforcement authorities. These sessions provided an critical opportunity to gather final operational feedback on the platform, its tools and its usability in realistic scenarios.

The meeting also enabled a review of project activities across all work areas, including technical development, integration, piloting, dissemination, exploitation and KPI performance monitoring.

As we approach the project’s end, our focus is now on consolidating results and making sure the platform delivers practical value to users as well as strengthening the foundations for continued uptake, exploitation and post project sustainability.
